As part of the decorations of our school related to Sustainable Development Goals, grade 7 and grade 8 students decorate their classrooms with images related to Goal 14 "Life Below Water" and Goal 3 "Good Health and Well-Being".

Healthy snack competition

Healthy snack competition

Students of 4th of Scientific Culture will go to the 1st and 2nd ESO classes explaining the project and the contest to be held.

It will consist in bringing a healthy snack every day. On Wednesday it is agreed that all classes bring fruit (fruit day). At the time of the break two students of 4th of Scientific Culture will be placed in the schoolyard to write down those students who have brought a healthy snack.

After one month, the class that brought the most lunches will win a free snack for the whole class and for the tutor. They will also earn an ecoto (wrap to carry the sandwiches).

Goal 15 "Life on Land"

We are a group of 30 students in grade 9th and 10th. We maintain an Organic Garden in our High School.
In our Organic Garden we plant spring and winter vegetables and also we maintain a Mediterranean Garden to promote Sustainable Development.
Our Organic Garden supports the 2030 Agenda and its Sustainable Development Goals: Goal 3, Goal 4, Goal 5, Goal 11, Goal 12, Goal 13, Goal 15.
Besides, we visit Alaquàs’ Urban Gardens with regularity to compare its evolution with our School Garden.
In addition, we are interested in the benefits of urban trees, reducing our carbon footprint and reforestation of burned forests.

Goal 12 "Sustainable consumption and production"

Goal 12 "Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns" is one of our favorite goals, since we have two student companies selling sustainable stationary products and producing clothes. Last Saturday they presented their shops on our open day.

Goal 13 "Climate Action"

Goal 13 ("Climate Action") is one of our priorities because climate change is a reality. In Spain we are nowadays suffering its effects like drought.
The Students of 2nd level of Baccaleureat have prepared a work on it using different TICs to work also the Goal 4 ("Quality Education").

Costume race Spain

In Spain we have a traditional course before the End of the Year where the purpose is to dress up and have a good time running for fun. This year we profit this event to dress up about things related with the oceans. With this action we work on Goal 3, Goal 14 and we disseminate the Goals of our project in our town.
